Straight answers before your first lot
Do I need a drone or a pilot?
No. ParcelLaunch builds the 3D view from existing aerial 3D data. You type an address or a parcel number; nobody visits the property.
Does it work for houses, not just land?
Yes. Any US address works, house or vacant lot. Agents use it where the land is part of the story: big yards, corner lots, waterfront, acreage, and lots with flood or wetland questions.
Where do the lot lines come from, and how accurate are they?
From free public parcel maps published by states and counties. They are usually close and sometimes a few feet off, so you can nudge them into place on your listing. They are not a survey; for a sale, the deed and a survey govern.
What if my county has no public parcel map?
You draw the corners yourself on the 3D view in a few taps, and the lines save to your listing.
Where does the 3D come from, and how current is it?
From Google's photo-real 3D, the same aerial data behind Google Earth. It shows the property as last captured, which can be a year or more ago, so it shows the lot and the neighborhood, not this week's changes. Coverage is strongest in and around towns.
Where do the map layers come from?
Contours from the USGS 3D Elevation Program, water from the USGS National Hydrography Dataset, wetlands from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, flood zones from FEMA, and high-voltage lines from HIFLD. Each is credited on the listing. They are for marketing, not a survey, an elevation certificate or a wetland determination.
Who are the builders in Find buyers?
Home builders listed on Google near your lot, plus how many new single-family permits your county issued, from the U.S. Census. ParcelLaunch writes a short message with your listing link; you send it from your own phone or email. Builder phone numbers and websites come with the $79 plan.
How do buyers open the listing?
With a link that opens on any phone or computer. No app, no login. They can turn the lot, zoom, and switch the layers on.
Can I put my brand on it?
Yes. Add your logo, name and phone, and they appear on the 3D view, the still photos and the PDF.
What does it cost?
$25 for one lot: the branded PDF and a watermarked 3D preview link. $49 a month for unlimited branded PDFs, with LIVE, the clean 3D link buyers explore, on 3 lots. $79 a month for LIVE on every lot plus builder contacts. Yearly plans are $490 and $790, two months free. The preview is free.
Can I cancel, and what about refunds?
Yes. A monthly plan cancels anytime: tell us and it stops renewing. New to a monthly plan and it isn't for you? Email us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. A listing that failed to generate or came out broken is refunded in full: the refund policy says which listings qualify.
Can I make a lot of listings at once?
Yes. On a paid account (one that has bought a lot or a plan), bulk launch takes up to 30 addresses or parcel numbers at a time. Free previews are 1 lot a month, or 3 a month with a free account.
