ParcelLaunch is a marketing assistant. It turns an address or parcel number into 3D listing visuals, a branded PDF, and easy tools to share and blast your listing to your builders, investors, and buyers. That's all it is — a tool to help you present and promote a property. It does not sell your land for you.

By creating and using a ParcelLaunch listing, you — the user and your business — acknowledge and agree:

1. We do not guarantee a sale. ParcelLaunch makes no promise that your property will sell, or sell at any particular price, to any particular buyer, or within any timeframe. Marketing helps; it never guarantees a result.
2. You own the marketing and the sale. Pricing, who you send it to, your outreach, negotiation, contracts, closing, and following all applicable laws and disclosure rules are your responsibility — not ours. We just give you the materials to promote it.
3. Verify your listing details. Parcel boundaries, acreage, imagery, and the 3D view are illustrative and may be approximate. Confirm the facts (boundaries, size, zoning, access, ownership) from authoritative sources before you publish or rely on them.
4. No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParcelLaunch and The Land Mule are not liable for any lost sale, missed deal, buyer dispute, inaccuracy, or any outcome of using the tool or the materials it creates. The results are on you.
5. As is, no warranty. ParcelLaunch is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind — including any promise of accuracy, availability, or that it will help your property sell.
